Why I went independent

Thirteen years in the fitness industry — most of it managing gyms while coaching clients on the side. I watched what worked and what didn't. Generic programmes handed to people with wildly different lives. Coaches spread too thin to care properly. Clients left to figure it out alone.

I left to build something different. A coaching practice built on actual relationships, proper planning, and accountability that makes things stick long-term. No gym agenda. No upselling. Just coaching.

I keep my client numbers deliberately small. That's not a limitation — it's the point.

Online coaching questions

Do I need a gym?
No. Your plan is built around whatever you have — home, gym, hotel or a mix of all three.
Why a 3-month minimum?
Meaningful results take time. 3 months is the minimum to see real change and build habits that actually last — and it gives us both the runway to get it right.
How does the weekly call work?
30 minutes via video (Zoom or similar) every week. We review your previous week, adjust anything that needs changing, and set the focus for the next seven days.
I travel constantly and my schedule is unpredictable.
That's exactly who this is built for. Your plan adapts week by week — travel weeks, busy periods, all factored in. Consistency doesn't mean rigidity.
Can I add in-person sessions later?
Yes. Some clients start online and add in-person sessions over time. We'll figure out what makes sense for you.
